The center will be constructed on an eight and one-half acre tract in the center of the Town Center.
Unique 75 To 90,000 Sq.Ft. multi-purpose Arts and Entertainment Center at a cost twenty-four to twenty-eight million dollars will contain the following basic spaces:

THE MARINA
The company is in negotiation to add the marina as a part of the development.
This marina is located in the heart of Flagler Beach City at the intercostals, next to the high bridge on the highway 100; literally couple minutes walking to the beach.
The marina is providing docking and/or wet (85) or dry (250) storage of boats; and the residents of Portofino Grande community will have preferred rights to use it (purchase or rent).
