Please, place the Reservation for this project ONLY if you are really intend to purchase the unit.

The Reservation form is in PDF format and can be printed out from your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please download it here.

Read carefully entire document before proceeding.

If the «Portofino Grande» at Palm Coast Town Center is right purchase for you, proceed with completing the Reservation Form.

Print your name and sign the last page of the Reservation Agreement. (If you are purchasing the unit jointly, both parties should sign this document).

Make deposit check payable to the escrow agent - Gary B. Davenport ESQ (Attorney at Law).

Send signed reservation agreement with check to the:
